The GL-12 Rebar Material Organizer & feeder Machine is widely cooperated with rebar automatic cutting,rebar upset forging,rebar thread cutting as well as thread rolling procedure,saves labor force and higher working efficiency in construction rebar mechanical splice technology .Its product design is compact,flexible and effective; and the unit size is 4m*3m*1.5m, which realizes the decomposition of the whole bundle of Φ16-Φ40 rebars, the lateral displacement of the single rebar, the longitudinal fast forward, feeding and fast backward in work area and the second lateral displacement to the reservior. Use the Siemens frequency converter to regulate the moving speed. The cylinder controls the inverting and feeding of the material. The feeding speed is 0.5m/s.

Working Principle:
Step1. Prepare rebars and use the crane to sling them on the shelf. Decompose the whole bundle of bars then can make the single ones lateral displacement.
Step 2.Remove the single rebar to the working area by reversing device. The rebar can realize the the longitudinal fast forward, feeding and fast backward in this area.
Step 3.Carry the rebar to the reservior through the second lateral displacement after processing and realize the storage function of rebar.
