Torque Wrench can be used to both install couplers and is for inspecting torque values by Inspector during construction of Rebar Mechanical Splice. After tightened the Rebar Mechanical Splice,inspectors need use torque wrench to check tightening torque of coupler with rebar , the minimum tighten torque values shall meet the following:
