Use the Siemens frequency converter to regulate the moving speed. The cylinder controls the inverting and feeding of the material. The feeding speed is 0.5m/s.

Working Principle:

Step1. Prepare rebars and use the crane to sling them on the shelf. Decompose the whole bundle of bars then can make the single ones lateral displacement.

Step 2.Remove the single rebar to the working area by reversing device. The rebar can realize the the longitudinal fast forward, feeding and fast backward in this area.

Step 3.Carry the rebar to the reservior through the second lateral displacement after processing and realize the storage function of rebar.
