This machine is the preparative machine for rebar connection in construction work. Its main function is to forging the end part of rebar to raise the rebar area and therefore enlarge the strength of rebar end.
Working principle:
1,First,we use Upset Forging Parallel Thread Machine (GD-150 Automatic Machine) to forge the end of rebar.
2,Second we use Parallel Thread Cutting Machine (GZ-45 Automatic Thread Machine) to thread the ends of the rebar which have been forged.
3.Third,a coupler is used to link the two ends of rebar in parallel thread.
