This machine is used to cut the thread for rebar end after cold forging.And it can also be used for thread rolling as well as bolt length above 500mm,unlimited length bolts.

Material of the rebar coupler is No.45 steel.
Working principle:
1,First,We use GQ50 rebar cutting machine to splice up the end of rebar.
2,Secondly,we use Upset Forging Parallel Thread Machine (GD-150 Automatic Machine) to forge the end of rebar.
3.Third, we use Parallel Thread Cutting Machine (GZ-45 Automatic Machine) to thread the ends of the rebar which have been forged.
4.Fourth,an upsetting coupler is used to link the two ends of rebar in parallel thread.

Remarks:
According to Chinese standard GB 1499.2-2007,
for rebar HRB400:Tensile strength≥54t0Mpa,Yeild strength≥400Mpa;
for rebar HRB500:Tensile strength≥630Mpa,Yeild strength≥500Mpa.
The upset forging parallel thread connection technology can not only be used for the connection of HRB400,but also for other rebar, such as HRB500, whose tensile strength is higher than 700Mpa and so on.
