2).The Capacity and Usage
MG-200 steel bar straight screw thread processing rib peeling machine is the exclusive use rib peeling knurling machine for the straight screw thread connecting. It is mainly used in the processing of the top of the structural steel bar.
3).Fundamental principle
First, It can peel the across and vertical rib by the rib peeling mechanism and then use the roll extrusion part to roll and press the screw thread. This machine combines the rib peeling, rolling and pressing together. It can complete the screw thread processing with only once of the loading.
4).The feature of this machine
1. It can complete the rib peeling, and then roll and press the thread processing in one loading and the speeding of the processing was very quickly.
2. High automation with easy operation.
3. The steel bar was rolled and pressed after the rib peeling and it makes the screw thread with better decorative design, high precision and good diameter consistency.
4. The range of the steel bar processing is very large; this machine can complete the processing of the screw thread for the steel bar in the diameter range of 16—-40mm.
5. The rolling head structure was scientific, one machine only equipped with one rolling head. It can complete the positive and negative roll extrusion together when changing the position of the equipment installation.
6. It is very easy to roll and press the different standard steel bar with the same thread pitch, it can be adjusted without disconnect the rolling head.
7. The pressure dimension was stable and the rolling head can be adjusted and it also has the orientation system.
