HEBEI YIDA UNITED MACHINERY CO.,LTD. and Hebei Linko Trade CO.,LTD. Conduct Training Program

Hebei Linko submitted a training request to the joint-stock company in order to further enhance the understanding of its salesmen regarding the joint-stock company’s main equipment. Coordinated by the Human Resources and Administration Department of the shareholding company, the Technical Department of the Technology R&D Center took the lead in organizing a customized training program. The program provided four salesmen from Heibei Linko with a three-day training session covering +equipment operation methods, debugging requirements, and other key knowledge points. This initiative, under the theme of “Empowering Business with Technology,” aimed to promote the collaborative development of foreign trade.

1. Multi-Dimensional Instruction: From “Understanding Principles” to “Hands-On Practice”
For this training, the Technology R&D Center assigned three technical experts as trainer. Based on the training requirements, the curriculum was designed around three key dimensions: “equipment operation + problem-solving + scenario application.” The engineer adopted a “theoretical elaboration + practical exercise” approach to help Hebei Linko salesmen systematically grasp the relevant knowledge.

2. High-Impact Equipment: “Professional Endorsement” for Foreign Trade Negotiations
During the training, in line with the practical needs of the foreign trade market, the internal engineer provided explanations and operational demonstrations of core equipment such as upsetting forging machine, rebar parallel thread cutting machine, rebar taper thread cutting machine, rib peeling parallel thread rolling machine, and hydraulic grip machine. The engineer not only elaborated on the principles and performance advantages of the equipment but also interpreted their multifunctional benefits in the context of foreign trade scenarios. This equipped the salesmen with “high-level expertise to meet diverse customer needs” during negotiations.

3. Value Synergy: Two-Way Empowerment of Technology + Business
This training served as a collaborative practice within the shareholding company, where “the technical end supports the business end, and the business end, in turn, feeds back to the technical end.” Through the training, salesmen deepened their professional understanding of the equipment, enabling them to more accurately address the needs of overseas customers in the future. Meanwhile, the technical team gained insights into the pain points of the foreign trade market through exchanges, providing direction for equipment iteration and product development.

In the future, the Human Resources and Administration Department will continue to optimize and explore new models for trainer training within the shareholding company. Leveraging professional capabilities, it will collaborate with various centers and departments to develop and launch more high-quality internal courses, providing a solid knowledge platform for the learning and growth of all business departments.
